[Thankfully, Alter Ego isn't in any state of undress at the moment!
A problem that he has been avoiding like the plague, to be honest. So he
hears the knock and looks up with a curious tilt of his head, obviously a
little wary of the boy standing in his doorway.]
[Thank goodness for that, for both of their sakes, probably.
But! Someone is home! That's good, and while San doesn't know what this Alter Ego person looks like at all, he doesn't imagine it's the person who is in the room at the moment. He sort of partway enters, peering in while still keeping one foot outside of the room, holding himself mostly in the doorframe.]
Sorry, ['Didn't mean to interrupt anything,'] I was looking for someone called Alter Ego...? I have some parts to drop off.
[There's a moment where Alter Ego seems uncertain about why someone would be looking for him... And then he suddenly brightens up, clasping his hands together as a smile spreads over his face.]
Oh! You must be San-kun! It's really nice to meet you! I'm Alter Ego.
[He gives San a little bow and another small smile.]
['San-kun' GOD he's never going to be over how ridiculous that sort of thing sounds.]
Oh-! You're... [Not what he expected. What's with these programmers, being all feminine and whatnot??] Um, it's nice to meet you.
[He would pass off the box right away, but Alter Ego seems... a little frail, to put it nicely? He can finish carting it into the room.] Where do you want this stuff?
[Huh? What's with the sad sounding tone? Did... he say something wrong already?]
Uh, n-no, it's fine...! [Should he have gotten Alter Ego to come get it instead? That, um, doesn't seem too polite?] This was all I could find, but if I find anything else, I can bring it over. I don't know how much stuff LOAD-san was hoarding.
[Look okay some people have totally normal names and then some of them are getting pranked as hard as possible by the Witch and her terrible sense of humor. That makes it worse than everyone having bizarre names.]
Yeah, sure thing. [At least the enthusiasm for parts is also par for the course for these programmer-types.] I hope that's a good start there, though.
[As if he didn't personally interact with LOAD at least a few times, goodness.]
It's pretty hard to find a lot of electronic stuff on the island, so if you want to look for more on your own, you should probably try the marketplace in town. Stuff changes there pretty much daily, so something might turn up sooner or later.
[That's probably how all of these parts were picked up.]

[God this can only end poorly.]

[He gives San a little bow and another small smile.]
Thank you for your help!

Just right there should be fine! I'm really sorry that you had to bring that all the way here...
[He looks a little teary-eyed just... because of that...]
I really, really appreciate it!

Alter Ego is perking up pretty quickly, moving over to inspect the spoils.]
Ah! This is more than I could have hoped for! And please do let me know if you find anything else! I want to be able to do whatever I can with this!

It looks like it! This person must have been really smart. These all look pretty good quality!

[Alter Ego is very pleased with this idea. It means he can actually earn something.]
I'll definitely go look around.
no subject
[Really, though, he only intended to come here and drop stuff off, so maybe he can slip out of this social interaction now?]
I can leave you alone to look all that stuff over, if you want.

[He says as if he like... didn't have a fit over there not being computers. Ah well.]
Oh!
[Quickly, Alter Ego bows to San again.]
Thank you again, so much! I really appreciate it!
no subject
[And, he bows slightly in return.]
It was nice meeting you face-to-face.

[You are getting a super kawaii smile, San.]
no subject
Ah, of course.
[Seems like all the pleasantries are in order... time for San to heckin' beat it out of here.]
